Right now, in Spring 2025, I am taking Digital Writing and Publishing, Professor Collins’ ENGL 3120 course. This assignment required students to analyze two articles from the web for biases in their portrayal of marginalized communities. I chose to include this expository piece in my portfolio because it showcases a more critical and evaluative essay that analyzed the argument of another author. This artifact is strong in its analysis, but if I were to revise it, I would evaluate another source that is more neutral.
