Isabella Allen graduates in May of 2025 in her hometown of Atlanta, Georgia. Majoring in English with a concentration in rhetoric and composition at Georgia State University, Isabella’s diverse history of coursework in English studies complemented by her strong academic record demonstrates her commitment to mastering communication strategies. Her studies in persuasion, multimodal composition, and communication (digital and verbal) has provided her with a strong foundation in rhetoric and composition skills that she will take with her after graduation.

During her time at university, Isabella has gained experience as a freelance writer through Upwork, where she has created content for a diverse set of clients. This exposure to a variety of different projects has given Isabella real-world experience that will translate into her future endeavors. Some of her favorite courses at Georgia State include Digital Writing and Publishing, Visual Rhetoric, and Persuasion, all of which have shaped her interest in content creation and writing.

After graduation, Isabella hopes to pursue a career in digital marketing or copywriting. Her unique combination of academic excellence, leadership experience, and diverse set of skills positions her as a standout graduate excited to get started on her career. Isabella finds inspiration in the words of Stephen King, “the scariest moment is always just before you start.”
